Bullion Including GST – Add and Edit Script Guide

Step 1: Navigate to Bullion Including GST Section

After logging in, go to the navigation panel and select Bullion Including GST. You will see two options:

📋
Add Scripts — Create a new bullion script.
👁️
View Scripts — View, edit or delete existing scripts.
Bullion Including GST Navigation

Step 2: Add a New Script

Click on Add Scripts and fill in the following fields:

1
Select Contract Type — Choose the Future Market contract: Gold, Gold Next, Silver, or Silver Next. Example: Gold April 2026 Future → choose Gold. Gold June 2026 Future → choose Gold Next.
2
Description — Write a clear description. E.g. "Gold Bullion – Delivery on 27th Feb".
3
Premium / Discount — Set the premium or discount (e.g. +500 or -500).
4
Notes — Add payment terms or any instructions. E.g. "Payment within 24 hours."
5
Purity — Select purity (e.g. 99.99%).
6
GST — Select applicable GST (e.g. 3%). Applied on the final amount.

ℹ️ Note

No making charges are included in Bullion Including GST scripts. Making charges are only applicable in coin entries.

Step 3: How This Appears on the Home Screen

Once saved, this script appears on the frontend home screen under the Bullion Including GST section with live prices applied automatically.

💡 How Automation Works with Coins

When you link a coin to this script using Automatic mode, that coin's premium is pulled directly from this script. Change the premium here once — all linked coins update instantly across the entire platform.

Step 4: Automation Lock — Why You Can't Delete a Script Immediately

⚠️ Script Deletion Lock

Once a script is applied to any coin, it cannot be deleted directly. You must first remove the link from every coin using it (switch to Manual or select a different script). Only after all coins are unlinked can you delete the script. This ensures no coin is left without a valid pricing source.

Step 5: Edit a Script

Go to View Scripts and click edit on the script you want to update. You can modify:

✏️
Description — Update the script name or delivery details.
📈
Premium / Discount — All linked coins reflect the new value immediately.
📝
Notes — Update payment terms or any other instructions.
Purity & GST — Adjust purity or GST if needed.
💡 Tip: Think of a script as a pricing template. Create one script per product type per supplier and link all related coins to it — managing prices becomes as simple as updating one number.

👁️ How It Looks on the Frontend (Client Portal)

Below is an example from a live client portal showing how the Bullion Including GST section appears to your customers.

Bullion Including GST Frontend

The BULLION PRICES INCLUDING GST table shows your customers the final price with GST already included. Here is what each column means:

📋
Description — The description you entered in the script (e.g. "GOLD (500GMS) T+O"). Notes appear below it (e.g. "MIN. ORDER 500 GMS").
Purity — The purity you selected (e.g. 99.50%, 99.99%) displayed clearly next to each entry.
💰
Price (Including GST) — Live price in real time with GST included. Green button with ↑ = price going up, red with ↓ = going down.

Bullion Excluding GST – Add and Edit Script Guide

📌 What is Bullion Excluding GST?

This section displays the price of bullion excluding GST — so customers can clearly see the price breakdown (base price vs GST separately).

Important: This does NOT mean gold or silver is sold without GST. As per Government of India laws, 3% GST is compulsory on all bullion transactions. This section simply shows the price before GST is added, so customers understand the full cost breakdown clearly.

Step 1: Navigate to Bullion Excluding GST Section

After logging in, go to the navigation panel and select Bullion Excluding GST. You will see two options:

📋
Add Scripts — Create a new script.
👁️
View Scripts — View, edit or delete existing scripts.
Bullion Excluding GST Navigation

Step 2: Add a New Script

Click on Add Scripts and fill in the following fields:

1
Select Contract Type — Choose the Future Market contract: Gold, Gold Next, Silver, or Silver Next.
2
Description — Write a clear description. E.g. "Gold Bullion – Delivery on 27th Feb".
3
Premium / Discount — Manual or Automatic

Manual: Enter the premium or discount directly (e.g. +500 or -500).

Automatic: Link this script to an existing Bullion Including GST script. The premium or discount will be pulled automatically — keeping both sections in sync without any extra work.

💡 Recommended: Use Automatic mode and link to your Bullion Including GST script. Update premium once — both sections update instantly.
4
Notes — Add payment instructions or relevant details.
5
Purity — Select purity (e.g. 99.99%).
💡 Tip: Think of Bullion Including GST and Bullion Excluding GST as two views of the same price — one shows the final price (GST included), the other shows the base price (GST excluded) with a reminder that GST applies. Both are important for full customer transparency.

👁️ How It Looks on the Frontend (Client Portal)

Gold Coin – Add, Edit and Calculation Guide

Click on Gold Coin in the Navigation Panel. You will see two options:

📋
Add Gold Coin — Create a new coin entry.
👁️
View Gold Coin — Edit or delete existing coins.
Gold Coin Navigation

⚠️ Important — Understand How Calculation Works First

Before adding a coin, please understand how the system calculates the final price. Read below before filling the form.

📘 Scenario 1 – Higher Purity (99.99%)

Example Details:

📦 Coin Weight5 grams ✨ Purity99.99% 🔨 Making Charge₹1,000 📈 Premium+₹500 📊 Base Future Market Price (10g)₹60,000 🧾 GST3%
1
Add Premium: ₹60,000 + ₹500 = ₹60,500
2
Purity Adjustment (above 99.5): Diff = 99.99 − 99.5 = 0.49 → Extra = (0.49/100) × 60,500 = ₹296 → Price = ₹60,796
3
Calculate for Weight: Per gram = 60,796/10 = 6,079.6 → For 5g = 6,079.6 × 5 = ₹30,398
4
Add Making Charges: ₹30,398 + ₹1,000 = ₹31,398
5
Add GST (3%): ₹31,398 × 3% = ₹942 → Final = ₹32,340

✅ Final Coin Price = ₹32,340

📗 Scenario 2 – Lower Purity (91.6%)

Example Details:

📦 Coin Weight5 grams ✨ Purity91.6% 🔨 Making Charge₹0 📈 Premium+₹500 📊 Base Future Market Price (10g)₹60,000 🧾 GST3%
1
Add Premium: ₹60,000 + ₹500 = ₹60,500
2
Purity Adjustment (below 99.5): Price = (91.6/100) × 60,500 = ₹55,418
3
Calculate for Weight: Per gram = 55,418/10 = 5,541.8 → For 5g = 5,541.8 × 5 = ₹27,709
4
Making Charges: ₹0 → Before GST = ₹27,709
5
Add GST (3%): ₹27,709 × 3% = ₹831 → Final = ₹28,540

✅ Final Coin Price = ₹28,540

🔎 How Purity Works in Our System

99.5% purity is the base standard — the common base used in the Indian bullion market.

Purity = 99.5 → Base rate used directly. No addition or deduction.
Purity above 99.5 (e.g. 99.99%) → Extra value added. Price increases slightly.
Purity below 99.5 (e.g. 91.6%) → Price calculated proportionally. Price decreases.

📝 Step-by-Step: How to Fill the Add Gold Coin Form

Now that you understand the calculation, here is how to fill in each field:

Add Gold Coin Full Form
1
Select Supplier — Choose the supplier (e.g. Kundan or MMTC). Determines which tab the coin appears under. Kundan → Kundan tab, MMTC → MMTC tab.
Select Supplier
2
Available / Not Available — Toggle to set coin availability. "Not Available" shows as Out of Stock on frontend.
3
Select Contract Type — Select Gold or Gold Next. The system links this coin to whichever Future Market contract you assigned to that slot.

Example: Gold April 2026 Future → choose Gold. Gold June 2026 Future → choose Gold Next.
4
Shape of Coin — E.g. Round, Rectangular, Rectangle Tree, Color Coin, etc.
5
Weight — Enter weight in grams (e.g. 5, 10). Final price is calculated based on this.
6
Making Charges — Use + to increase or to decrease. Example: +2500 or -500.
7
Manual / Automatic Premium

Manual: Enter premium/discount directly on each coin (e.g. +500 or -500).

Automatic: Link the coin to a bullion script. When you update that script's premium, all linked coins update automatically.

💡 Recommended: Create one script per supplier and link all their coins using Automatic mode. Change the premium once — all linked coins update instantly!
8
Notes — Add special details. E.g. "Gold Coin 10g with box only, with card packing."
9
Purity — Select purity level (e.g. 99.99%, 91.6%). Directly affects the final price as explained above.
10
GST — Select applicable GST (e.g. 3%). Applied on the final amount after all charges.
💡 Tip: Once all fields are filled, submit the form. The system automatically calculates the final coin price based on your inputs and the live Future Market rate.

👁️ How It Looks on the Frontend (Client Portal)

Below is an example from a live client portal showing how coins appear to your customers.

1. Coin Rates Navigation Menu

Coin Rates Navigation

Customers see a Coin Rates menu in the navigation bar. Clicking it shows a dropdown with all your suppliers — e.g. KUNDAN and MMTC PAMP. Each supplier tab is created automatically based on the supplier you selected when adding the coin.

Silver Coin – Add, Edit and Calculation Guide

Step 1: Navigate to Silver Coin Section

Click on Silver Coin in the Navigation Panel. You will see two options:

📋
Add Silver Coin — Create a new silver coin entry.
👁️
View Silver Coins — Edit or delete existing silver coins.
Silver Coin Navigation

⚠️ Important — Silver Purity Standard is Different from Gold

Silver uses 99.99% as the base purity standard and is calculated on 1 KG (1000 grams) Future Market price — not 10 grams like gold.

🔎 How Silver Purity Works in Our System

99.99% is the base purity standard for silver.

Purity = 99.99% → Base rate used directly. No change in price.
Purity below 99.99% (e.g. 99.90%) → Price reduces proportionally.

📘 Example – Silver Coin (Purity 99.90%)

Example Details:

📦 Coin Weight100 grams ✨ Purity99.90% 🔨 Making Charge₹2,000 📈 Premium+₹1,000 📊 Base Future Market Price (1 KG)₹2,60,000 🧾 GST3%
1
Add Premium: ₹2,60,000 + ₹1,000 = ₹2,61,000
2
Purity Adjustment (below 99.99%): Price = (99.90/100) × 2,61,000 = ₹2,60,739
3
Calculate for Weight (Silver base = 1 KG = 1000g): Per gram = 2,60,739/1000 = 260.739 → For 100g = 260.739 × 100 = ₹26,074
4
Add Making Charges: ₹26,074 + ₹2,000 = ₹28,074
5
Add GST (3%): ₹28,074 × 3% = ₹842 → Final = ₹28,916

✅ Final Silver Coin Price = ₹28,916

⚖️ Key Differences: Gold vs Silver Calculation

🥇 Gold

Base Rate: 10 grams

Base Purity: 99.5%

Above 99.5 → Price ↑

Below 99.5 → Price ↓

🥈 Silver

Base Rate: 1 KG (1000g)

Base Purity: 99.99%

At 99.99 → No change

Below 99.99 → Price ↓

📝 Step-by-Step: How to Fill the Add Silver Coin Form

The Silver Coin form works the same as Gold Coin — the key difference is you select Silver or Silver Next as the contract type.

Add Silver Coin Full Form
1
Select Supplier — Choose the supplier (e.g. Kundan or MMTC).
Select Supplier
2
Available / Not Available — Toggle availability. "Not Available" shows as Out of Stock on frontend.
3
Select Contract Type — Select Silver or Silver Next. The system uses whichever Future Market silver contract you assigned to that slot.
4
Shape of Coin — E.g. Round, Tree Colour, Rectangle, etc.
5
Weight — Enter weight in grams (e.g. 100). Silver price is based on 1 KG rate — system handles conversion automatically.
6
Making Charges — Use + to add or to subtract. Example: +2500.
7
Manual / Automatic Premium

Manual: Enter premium/discount directly on the coin (e.g. +500 or -500).

Automatic: Link the coin to a bullion script. All linked coins update automatically when you change that script's premium.

💡 Recommended: Create one script per supplier (e.g. "Kundan Silver Coin") and link all silver coins to it. Change premium once — all coins update instantly!
8
Notes — E.g. "Silver Coin 100g with card packing."
9
Purity — Select purity (e.g. 99.99%, 99.90%). Silver base purity is 99.99% — any purity below reduces the price proportionally.
10
GST — Select applicable GST (e.g. 3%). Applied on the final amount after all charges.
💡 Tip: Silver uses a 1 KG base rate — enter weight in grams (e.g. 100 for a 100g coin). The system handles the conversion automatically.

👁️ How It Looks on the Frontend (Client Portal)

Silver coins appear in the same frontend display as Gold coins — under the same supplier tab in the Silver Coin Prices section.

1. Coin Rates Navigation Menu

Bulk Edit Guide – Discount / Premium

The Bulk Edit Discount/Premium feature is available in every View section — View Gold Coins, View Silver Coins, View Bullion Including GST, and View Bullion Excluding GST. It allows you to update the premium or discount for multiple entries at once with a single click — without editing each one individually.

⚡ Why Use Bulk Edit?

Instead of opening and editing each coin one by one, Bulk Edit lets you select a supplier or contract type and apply a new premium/discount to all matching entries in seconds.

Step 1: Open Any View Section

Navigate to any of the following sections and click the BULK EDIT DISCOUNT/PREMIUM button in the top right corner:

🪙
View Gold Coins — Bulk edit premium/discount for gold coins by supplier.
🥈
View Silver Coins — Bulk edit premium/discount for silver coins by supplier.
📊
View Bullion Including GST Scripts — Bulk edit premium/discount by contract type.
📋
View Bullion Excluding GST Scripts — Bulk edit premium/discount by contract type.
View Gold Coins - Bulk Edit Button
View Bullion Excluding GST - Bulk Edit Button

🪙 Bulk Edit for Gold Coins / Silver Coins

When you click Bulk Edit in the Gold Coins or Silver Coins section, a popup appears with the following fields:

Bulk Edit Popup - Coins
1
Select Supplier — Choose which supplier's coins you want to update. E.g. selecting KUNDAN will apply the new premium/discount to all Kundan coins only. MMTC coins remain unchanged.
2
Discount / Premium — Enter the new value. E.g. +500 to add a ₹500 premium or -500 to apply a ₹500 discount.
3
Click Save Changes to apply. All coins under the selected supplier will be updated instantly. Click Close to cancel.

ℹ️ Gold and Silver are Independent

Gold Coins have their own Bulk Edit and Silver Coins have their own Bulk Edit. Changing premium in Gold Coins section does not affect Silver Coins and vice versa.

📊 Bulk Edit for Bullion Including GST / Bullion Excluding GST

When you click Bulk Edit in the Bullion sections, the popup shows a Select Contract Type instead of supplier — because bullion scripts are organized by contract, not supplier:

Bulk Edit Popup - Bullion
1
Select Contract Type — Choose Gold, Gold Next, Silver, or Silver Next. All bullion scripts under that contract type will be updated.
2
Discount / Premium — Enter the new value (e.g. +500 or -500).
3
Click Save Changes to apply instantly to all matching scripts.

⚠️ Important — Bulk Edit Skips Automatic Mode Coins

If a coin is set to Automatic mode and linked to a bullion script, Bulk Edit will skip that coin entirely.

This is by design. Automatic mode coins get their premium directly from their linked bullion script — they are not meant to be edited individually or in bulk.

To update Automatic mode coins: Go to the bullion script they are linked to and update the premium there. All coins linked to that script will update automatically and instantly.

📌 Quick Summary

🪙
Coins (Manual mode) — Use Bulk Edit → Select Supplier → Enter premium → Save. All manual coins of that supplier update.
🤖
Coins (Automatic mode) — Do NOT use Bulk Edit. Update the linked bullion script instead — all linked coins update automatically.
📊
Bullion Scripts — Use Bulk Edit → Select Contract Type → Enter premium → Save. All scripts of that contract type update.
💡 Tip: Bulk Edit is the fastest way to update prices before market open. For Automatic mode coins, just update the linked script — all coins follow instantly without any additional steps.
